Ingredients
- 10 ice cubes
- 5 tsp instant coffee
- 5 Tbsp hot water (for dissolving coffee; let cool)
- 1 cup cold milk
- 3 scoops vanilla ice cream
- Whipped cream, to top
- Caramel sauce, to drizzle
Instructions
- In a small cup, mix 5 tsp instant coffee with 5 Tbsp hot water until dissolved. Let the coffee mixture cool to room temperature.
- Add 10 ice cubes to a blender and pour in the cooled coffee mixture. Blend until the ice is crushed.
- Add 1 cup milk and blend briefly (about 5–10 seconds).
- Add 3 scoops vanilla ice cream and blend briefly again until just smooth and thick.
- Pour into a chilled glass (or two smaller glasses). Top with whipped cream and a generous drizzle of caramel sauce. Serve immediately.
Tips
- For a thicker shake, add an extra scoop of ice cream; for a thinner shake, add a splash more milk.
- Want it sweeter? Add 1–2 tsp sugar or caramel to the blender.
